DR-GTXGN-12 Solid insulated ring switchgear is a new generation of environment-friendly composite green ring switchgear developed by our company. It is a fully sealed power supply unit. All live components and switches were sealed in an epoxy resin shell. SF gas was not present in the shell. The whole switching device is not affected by the external environment, ensuring the reliability of operation and personal safety, and achieving maintenance-free.
The solid insulated ring cabinet is composed of three kinds of switches, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit),C unit (load switching unit), and F unit (combined electrical unit). Each unit can be used separately or freely extended. Its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room, operating mechanism and primary part, instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller). The primary part adopts the APG automatic gel process, the isolation switch and the arc extinguishing chamber are completely sealed in epoxy resin, and the special joint is connected with the bus bar. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts special copper-chromium contact material, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact, and complete one-time sealing process. Compared with the previous interrupter (copper-aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time sealing process), the interrupter's short-circuit current breaking capacity and stability, electrical life, temperature rise and cut-off green level are significantly improved. The operating mechanism adopts the elastic operating mechanism integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch elastic operating mechanism are a whole. This can facilitate the realization of interlocking, and fewer parts of the mechanism, reduce unnecessary transmission links, high reliability, and can achieve electric operation according to user needs. Solid green completely closed switchgear: is the use of solid green material as the main insulating medium and conductive connection, isolation switch, ground switch, main bus, branch bus and other main electrical circuit after a single or combined with solid green medium encapsulation into one or several with a certain function, can be combined again or expanded with full green, full sealing performance of the module.
