The two-position loadbreak switch is designed for use intransformer to close or open the power source.The switch uses a manually charged over-toggle storedspring assembly to operate , which is independent ofoperation speed.
The silver plated copper blades are securely keyed betweenthe vented rotor halves which ensure proper blade andcontact alignment during switching.
The load switch adopts a two-position structure. It uses transformer oil as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, with spring energy storage and three-phase linkage. It can accurately and quickly open or close the rated load current and can withstand short-term fault current under specified conditions.The contact system of the switch adopts a double-distance floating contact bridge. The moving and static contacts have good performance, low resistance and strong through-current capacity. The unique structural design gives the contact system an excellent power compensation effect, greatly improving the contact system's fault resistance in short-circuit conditions. The load switch has two positions: open and close.Rotate clockwise to close the switch and rotate counterclockwise to open the switch. The rotation angles are 90° and 120°. According to different power grid needs and load switch configurations, a load switch can be used as a control device for terminal type integrated transformer and three load switches can be used as a control device for ring network type integrated transformer. The load switch can also be made into a form with auxiliary travel switch and electric operating mechanism to be suitable for various types of transformers.Load switch customers can choose protection classes such as C3, C4, C5, etc. according to design requirements.
