The WSP63/24 off-load tap changer is a device for connecting and switching transformer tap leads. Debugging Procedure:
Disconnect all transformer loads and open the drop-out fuse switch.
Use a multimeter to verify no voltage on the low-voltage side.
Adjust the tap position safely, avoiding contact with live terminals.
After adjustment, inspect the site for leftover tools and recheck the output voltage.
