This WSP 125/35-6×5 off-load tap changer switch is widely used in 35kV power transformers requiring 6-position manual adjustment. Compared to on-load tap changers, our manual switch provides cost-effective voltage regulation for substations, industrial plants, and renewable energy systems.

The tap-changer switch is designed for use in distributiontransformers to tap the winding terminals to get the differentvoltage value.
The switch body, rotor, and shaft are made of a high strength,glass-filled thermoplastic material. The operating shaft is sealedagainst leakage by two high temperature resistant O-Rings.
The tap-changer switch is no excitation switch, operate it just inno load condition.The switch has 6 contacts and five positions, can change thetransformer voltage: -5%,-2.5%,0,2.5%,5%
