FLRN36-12D sulfur hexafluoride (SF) high-voltage load switches are switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV. It used SF gas as the extinguishing and insulating medium. There are three stations inside the switch: closing, opening and grounding. It has the characteristics of small size, easy installation and use and strong environmental adaptability.
This series of load switches are divided into FLN36-12D (K-type single spring operating mechanism) and FLRN36-12D (A-type double spring operating mechanism) two kinds. FLRN36-12D can be combined into a load switch + fuse combination appliance, and has control and protection functions. It can be used for power supply and substation as protection and control of electrical equipment. Especially suitable for ring network cabinets, cable distribution boxes and distribution openings.
The load switch and the combined appliance are composed of the same insulated body switch body, the same spring operating mechanism, the fuse contact holder and the fuse action impact trip system. It can be installed with a touchable cable front connector load switch (composed of a special insulated body switch body and a general spring bath moving mechanism).
The upper and lower shells are injected with epoxy resin to form an inflatable inner cavity. The rotating motion of the common moving contact can complete the three working states of "make-split-ground" step by step. The basic hand spring energy storage operating mechanism can be equipped with electric closing and opening to realize remote control operation. Available for users to choose.
The front of the mechanism box is provided with SF gas pressure gauge and position indication. Pressure gauges are used to monitor SF gas pressure changes. The position indicating device is directly connected to the moving contact drive shaft. Indicating the working position of the moving contact is absolutely reliable. The rear of the body has a safety diaphragm to meet the requirements of the pressure system. It has pressure release and escape function. When the pressure is too high due to some kind of accident in the extinguishing chamber, the overpressurized gas can break through the diaphragm and be released. The gas is sprayed directly to the rear, avoiding forward injection or other phenomena, thus ensuring personal safety.
The load switch and the ground switch, the ground switch and the front door (the switch has this interlock for cabinet allocation) have reliable mechanical interlocks.
